WHAT ARE YOUR POSTAGE PRICES?
For delivery within Australia we charge a flat rate of $15 for standard post. See below for international or express options.

WHAT POSTAGE METHOD DO YOU USE?
Our orders are sent via Australia Post Parcel Post service and are issued a tracking number which will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Please note: due to COVID-19 restrictions we are operating with limited staff on site and there may be a delay on some orders. Australia Post is experiencing significant delivery delays. Orders are dispatched from PBS 106.7FM HQ within 10 business days. Once dispatched from PBS 106.7FM, delivery should be expected in 5 or more business days after posting, depending on your location. Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your order. See below for Australia Post delivery estimations.

Within Victoria:
Metro - 5 or more business days
Country - 7 or more business days
Interstate:
Metro - 5-7 or more business days, depending on destination points
Country - Please ask at your local Post Office.

CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED FASTER?
If your order is urgent, please get in touch with us to arrange Express-Post delivery which we charge at cost depending on item weight.

CAN YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
